If you have a problem with your order please contact us at bisquebeadsupply@gmail.com

Broken items will be replaced. Just send them back, for a replacement.

However,  Return Shipping fees will not be refunded.

We will make every effort to completely satisfy each customer.

If you are dissatisfied with your, none custom, purchase, it can be returned in good condition.
Custom Orders CANNOT be returned.
Any discrepancies or returns MUST be done within 15 days of shipment.
